The kids loved exploring nearby Lakeside Park with great playgrounds and picnic areas. The convenience of the kitchenette in our room made it easy to prepare quick meals, keeping everyone happy and fed.

In my wife's opinion, the bathroom could use a serious update.

I booked a Double Room with Two Double Beds and stayed for one night. The room was spacious enough, and I appreciated having basic amenities like free toiletries and a tv. The bathroom had a worn look that could use some updating. The AC didn't work well, leaving the room uncomfortably warm upon arrival. When I reached out to the staff for a space heater, my request was overlooked. A knock at the door from two young men asking for money added to my discomfort. It felt a bit unsafe. Really liked the location-it was easy to find, and there were nearby restaurants , made dining options convenient. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they improve the cleanliness and safety measures.

Well, it is hard for me to rate these small town motels negatively because they do fill a specific need even though they may not be the newest, cleanest and the best maintained. As long as the basic facilities are there, and the area is reasonably safe, they do fit my needs when traveling by motorcycle, with acceptable A/C, nearby restaurants, and reasonably clean linens. The Motor Inn met those needs at a good price.

The outdoor seating area and fire pit were perfect. The only downside was the room was a bit warm upon arrival, but everything else made up for it 🌟

This was just a balanced option for a weekend jaunt with extraordinarily good value for money. There were flies swarming around , made the stay quite uncomfortable. Be sure to check for cleanliness before settling in.
